SUMMARY:  The U.S. military completed two raids in North Africa over the weekend.  Abu Anas al-Libi, an al-Qaida leader wanted for his involvement in the 1998 embassy bombings, is being interrogated after being nabbed in Tripoli, Libya. Meanwhile, Navy Seals unsuccessfully sought a leader of Al-Shabab in Somalia.  Judy Woodruff reports.
