WHAT?!
I wonder who is to blame for that? I would not put it past the Republicans quashing subpoena power for this important commission.
As for the testamentary, the company representatives present were likely coached by company lawyers NOT to say anything that could be construed as an admission of guilt. After all, there are years of BIG$ lawsuits waiting at the door.
I look forward to the commission's final report. ( due January 2011)
