SUPREME COURT - vs Presidents

COMMENT: This is an old issue and I am sure that President Obama was NOT making an edict to SCOTUS. He constitutional cannot, but he can voice an opinion (which he was).

Under Separation-of-Powers; the Administration (President), the Legislature (Senate & House), have NO *DIRECT* power to force SCOTUS to do anything.
