In the second paragraph there is this telling sentence/question....
So we’re in the nation building game, and since we’re the ones who blew the hell out of the place, I suppose that we have some responsibility to at least get the place fixed up a bit before we go home. Or do we?
The other question is, can we? Fix Iraq that is. Is it possible or is it too late?
